
This is something I would have expected to be true but was still surprised to see in a study (several studies actually). Whether hiking, camping, or strolling through the park the calming effects are noticeable. Even riding a motorcycle through
a rural setting can be amazing in its ability ti recenter the soul.
So get out your calendar and block of even just an hour to stroll through a natural setting. Turn your phone off while you’re at it…
